Hands down, my favorite glass shop in Richmond. I've browsed every other store in Richmond, and Katra Gala continually has the best selection, best prices, and best customer service. ALL of my pieces come from here and if I ever wanted something that they don't have in store, they offer to order it for me. I'm always greeted and helped by someone and feel very welcome. They're respectful of my price range and have never once made me feel stupid. This is the all around BEST glass shop in RVA.
