I love my braids. To be honest I don’t know if I got the knotless or box. I just told her to do whatever. They are so light on my head. No soreness. I’m able to move them around. I also like the fact that she asked me if it was okay to clip out my extra hair that was sticking out of the braids. Thanks so much for all accommodating me. :)

She was on time with the service and began as soon as I sat in the chair & we got finished within the predicted time frame from booking.
