The room we stayed in had a working kettle, fridge and air con. Easy to use. The beds were made daily and more towels supplied. However that's where the positive experience ends. There was black mould all around window sills and on the bathroom ceiling. There were 2 televisions, both not working, we could only access about 3 channels. Room was so outdated. Curtains mismatched, bed uncomfortable and as we normally stayed in a spa suite on previous stays it was a real downer experience. We did a review on the booking site but heard nothing back. Are voting with our wallets and won't stay there again. Unfortunate as the location is fantastic.

I had a wonderful stay here during my trip to the Blue Mountains. The room was comfortable and the location was great, next to Aldi and Woolies. The receptionist was really nice too. When I checked out, she thanked me for staying and apologized for the bad weather (rainy and foggy). I told her I actually loved it. She smiled and said she loved it too. Thank you for making me feel like home. If I return to the Blue Mountains, I'll be very happy to stay here again.
