great location, friendly service at the reception. They even clean my room which is not often at motel. will come back again.
The room we stayed in had a working kettle, fridge and air con. Easy to use. The beds were made daily and more towels supplied. However that's where the positive experience ends. There was black mould all around window sills and on the bathroom ceiling. There were 2 televisions, both not working, we could only access about 3 channels. The small carpetted kitchenette had a large wet (soaked) spot which l mentioned to reception. They sent maintenance who cut the carpet and replaced it but did not address the issue which was th... read more
Room was so outdated. Curtains mismatched, bed uncomfortable and as we normally stayed in a spa suite on previous stays it was a real downer experience. We did a review on the booking site but heard nothing back. Are voting with our wallets and won't stay there again. Unfortunate as the location is fantastic.
Very disappointing stay, false advertising and inadequate service.
