Great Hardware Store. Staff is very friendly and helpful 🙂
Really cannot rate highly enough, went in looking for a part for my Whipper Snipper. I spoke to a staff member who really couldn't have been more helpful and a wonderful manner. Solved all of my problems, we spent more time and purchased a few more items. Really couldn't speak highly enough, will be back.
This review is based on my experience yesterday. We bought a clothes line via the website for click and collect, expecting to be able to go down to the store and collect immediately. Turns out that's not how it works! The staff at the store and the over phone (all of whom we spent time speaking with) were super helpful and got us sorted out in no time. We had to buy the one of the shelf and organise a refund for the online purchase. Can't rate these guys high enough for customer service!
