I cannot stress enough not to go to this medical practice. The doctors either have no appointments available. They’re rude and arrogant.Or their locums.
Was a patient there for four years. The 1 star is for Kathryn Jenner who was awful - uninterested, cold, didn’t even look at me the entire consult. I don’t understand how she still has a job. Dr. Ben is great and I really loved Dr. Chong before she just disappeared one day.
Been a patient of this practice for 30 years. I tried to make an appointment today and was told that there are no appointments available because of a doctor shortage. So I won't be able to get a script for my psych medication for the foreseeable future. Im not looking forward to what's coming
Dr. Kathryn Jenner is rude, dismissive & gives false & contradictory information, she does not listen to you & tries to book multiple visits & charges for long consultations when you have only been in her office for less then 15 minutes. I wanted to update my review to show how negligent Kathryn Jenner is, I have since seen another Doctor after being dismissed by Jenner, I have returned negative swab & blood test results for Flu & Covid Virus & diagnosed with Pneumonia & possible Pulmonary Embolism. In my work, I assist many elderly people in the Upper Blue Mountains area who see Dr Jenner. None of these people are happy with the way she interacts with them. Today I had first hand experience when I visited with an elderly lady who asked me to attend with her for moral suport. Dr Jenner was rude condescending and dismissive. GPs are our first contact when unwell - they shouldn't be the cause of stress and anxiety.
