I’ve only had an initial consultation at The Katoomba Dental Centre, but cannot speak highly enough about their care and attention, making me feel safe, knowing that I was going to get the best of care. I was also very impressed by their state of the art equipment , which was used competently, giving the best information to the practitioner and allowing her detailed knowledge as to my needs. I highly recommend The Katoomba Dental Clinic to anyone looking for a dentist that you know will give you the best of care.
I was really anxious with first partial dentures about if they would be comfortable. Moe did a fantastic job! I don't even realize they are in my mouth at most times, and they match my remaining teeth wonderfully. When I accidentally broke them, he fitted me in the next day and they were fixed that same day! Additionally, even though the break was through no fault of his work, he fixed them for free! I'm all, a really great experience.
From reception, to nurses, and dentist, everyone was really friendly and made the whole experience easy and positive. They take the time to explain each step of the process and leave you lots of space to ask questions and feel comfortable. They are upfront and open with costs and map out everything on your plan so you can see everything clearly. The facilities are clean and modern. Great dentist!
This was my first time at Katoomba Dental & i have high anxiety & a bad phobia of needles. Dr James did everything for me to assist in my anxiety & phobia. I can't thank him enough & his assistant (sorry I can't remember her name) for showing me comfort & the care they provided. I will definitely be going back. Thank you so much to all of you I really appreciate it
