I reached out to this service for support and instead experienced a serious breach of confidentiality. Very personal information was shared with someone without my consent, leaving me feeling deeply violated and unsafe. If you’re considering accessing this service, I strongly recommend asking upfront about their privacy policies and how your information will be handled.

Disgusting service. A psychologist cancelled an appointment 30m before the start without seeing my brother (claiming he does not need help). The community worker then abused my mother for crying after hearing that appointment is cancelled. This type of behavior by so called professionals is beyond reprehensible. This will be reported to higher authorities.

The nurses are beyond caring and helpful. I have felt very supported through the early weeks with my little girl. I feel very lucky to live in a community with this level of support so close!

If you or your family are waiting for your appointment w them w any expectation of a productive outcome, dont hold your breath.
