I had just purchased a car from a dodgy car yard in the city on the 17th of Jan. literally two days later I had issues with it. The owner very kindly fit me in to diagnose the issue, even though they were flat chat. All the other mechanics couldn’t help. Turned out the car was unsafe to drive. They fixed the issue on the spot, and I was able to drive to Melbourne safely two days later. Definitely recommend!!
Great prices for there services and great bunch they explain everything to you on what they done, which to me I like asking more questions? The best in Katoomba I have come across with reasonable prices!
Lovely people, honest and great work.
We were traveling through the Blue Mountains when our car suddenly broke down. We first visited another workshop that couldn’t take us in at all — until we arrived here. I got service done on my old 1991 Toyota Corolla in November, and these guys were great, very reasonable in price as I'd gotten a quote from another local mechanic and they were a fair bit more than Katoomba Automotive. I highly recommend them, friendly and no fuss good old Aussie service. Remember those days? Well these gentlemen are that! Can't recommend enough. And they're a true local business where our money goes back into the community and not to some chain / corporation. All up a win.
