Katonah Plumbing and Heating truly saved the day. They handled a leak repair and water heater issue with impressive expertise and professionalism. The team was reliable, arrived on time, and worked efficiently while keeping everything clean and organized. It’s clear they’re highly experienced, and they took the time to make sure everything was done right. Excellent service from start to finish—I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
I highly recommend that you DO NOT use Katonah plumbing. We called them because we had no heat in our house. They came with a thawing machine and charged us $150 an hour. Totaling $900! A brand new one on Amazon is $1200. They charged us in total $3000 for their service and did not resolve the problem! How is this justified? Either they are not professional technicians or they use faulty machinery and then charge you to make a profit. You can imagine my disappointment. I called and spoke to the owner Sal and to no avail.
