Had the pleasure of meeting Cathy today at Katonah Architectural Hardware. My Mom was looking for door pulls for her bifold doors. The showroom is stunning! They have an incredible selection of all kinds of hardware for doors, cabinets, drawers, etc. Cathy has the patience of a saint! We ordered custom cabinet grilles/mesh from Katonah (we live in Atlanta). They are just one of a couple distributors stateside for imported premium custom metal grilles. These were beatiful and fit as expected. We did have a tricky problem I think related to the ultimate sealant coat on the grilles from the factory. After troubleshooting a bit Katonah arranged an entire new set made and delivered which was totally perfect.
