This is not our first time visiting Kato Sabi Sushi, and honestly, it seems to get better every time we come. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can tell they put a lot of care into every dish, and that consistency is one of the reasons we keep coming back. This time, we ordered the Rainbow Roll, Las Vegas Roll, and Rock N Roll. I LOVE eating there. It's so relaxing & I actually enjoy taking a simple roll or two to go. I call ahead and make an easy order and it's ready in 5-15 mins. My favorite thing about this place is the actual RICE of the roll. It's the best I've had in The Valley.
Great sushi. Fish tasted fresh and rolls aren't all rice. The miso soup was great. Reasonable priced for quality and service.
