I called for service after a power outage. Kato was very pleasant to talk to. He explained all the work he would be doing. He showed me the damaged part that he replaced and recommended other work that needed to be done. He'll be returning to complete the work when the parts come in. Would not hesitate to use his services again. Very professional all around.
Kato is a real professional. Knowledgeable, talented, reasonable and honest. Qualities hard to find these days. He "thinks and cares" about his clients and what's best for them.
Incredibly happy with the service! 2 times now I've called for service at my farm, they came out in under 2 hours both times. Most recent time the issue was due to an Eversource issue, he kept reaching out to check in throughout the weekend and was right back out as soon as Eversource fixed their issue. It's nice to have someone who truly cares and treats you like family and not just a job!
Kato is wonderful! He is knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable. Kato was at our house replacing a few light fixtures and quickly resolved two outlet issues for us. We will be using him going forward! Thank you, Kato!
