Wish I could give them a minus 100, they made my boat 10 times worse, it went in there for something simple and they made it 10 times worse. They are out of business now otherwise I would go there and punch Mark in the face!!
If I could give them a zero I would. They made us wait for a week for an "appointment" then had our boat for 2 more weeks. Called 3 times - each time we were told "we are just about to work on it". Finally went to pick it up - they were closed (SHOCKER). We found our boat in an unsecured front parking lot, without a hitch lock and THEY KEYS WERE IN THE IGNITION. Took my boat to Danny's marine who fixed it correctly, promptly and cheaply. I can not believe Kat Mar is still in business!!!!
Mechanic call and said he was too hung over to finish my repair on the day it was promised. I went back three days later and it still was not complete. Owner yelled at me (although he said he was just speaking loudly) when I asked for a receipt. Owner was very unfriendly. I would never ever go back there.
