She is a very polite and personable woman who is knowledgeable about her job duties and very thorough
I am posting this review in hopes that another elderly person like my mother is not taken advantage of by this cleaner. The cleaner charged $90 for a little over 2 hours of cleaning and skipped or skimmed on expected tasks. Showing up unannounced/an hour earlier than expected without notifying my mother (or her caretaker) was unprofessional.
