15 minutes. We have dabbled with the idea of moving a few times, see a house that looks intriguing and message a few of our real estate friends and Katja is ALWAYS the first one to respond and more than once has met us at a listing in 15 minutes gathering all necessary info. FIFTEEN MINUTES. UNPLANNED. Thats crazy customer service. And, knowing we just entertain the idea, she keeps us informed of listings in our school district without ever being pushy.

Katja was great. I had a house in Flint that I’d been trying to sell for about two years. I reached out to her and asked if she would take the listing, but she told me she couldn’t she didn’t feel she had the right client base to help me quickly. Instead, she referred me to her colleagues, and they ended up selling the house in less than a month. Katja also turned down the listing so the sale would be handled by the right Realtor. That kind of commitment to her profession really impressed me.

Katja was awesome during the entire process of selling our home, and continuing to work with us on our new home purchase. She was always available to answer our questions, and explain the entire process. Katja gave us her personal number, and we were able to ask questions, anytime something would pop in our head. I would highly recommend Katja to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home.
