ZERO- ZERO follow up on test results. I have called, and sent messages in the portal and NO ONE has called or resonded back. I have sent 4 messages and I just got an automated response. This is a dr in WALGREENS- not a real practice. When you call it's a call center that has foreign people asking you quesitions. It's impossible to get a question to the local staff in Johns Creek. Dr. Hope is very comforting, put my mind at ease. very efficient and professional will continue to go back. Just made an appointment for my younger son so you know she’s excellent
PCP provider listen to my concerns and address each one appropriately. All of office staff were courteous and no wait to see PCP.
