Complete failure during follow up call by her staff. Didnt ask if my condition had changed or improved since my visit, didnt clarify that her office was still working on resolving my condition , only told my xrays were normal. I concluded the phone call with the impression, "your tests are normal, we did what we could, best of luck!"
