this establishment does not believe in the equal treatment of their customers. my sister and I had an appointment and were asked to wait outside due to social distancing. We were happy to comply with the policy and wait. We watched as other white customers were allowed to enter the spa and be seen right away. Others were allowed to wait inside. Very disappointed that I brought my family here! I’ve been a patron since I moved to Leesburg. I’ve had a few issues with having to return frequently for broken nails but I tend to be very forgiving. But never again will this place see me or my money. Even after I told Jimmy I felt my family wasn’t being treated fairly, he defended their actions and never once apologized. BEING BLACK WHILE TRYING TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE: So, me and the girls made an appointment to get our nails done today when we got there they told us we had to wait outside due to COVID-19. However they DID NOT make the other white customers wait outside, they let them wait in the air-conditioned shop. They also saw every other white customer before us. We eventually just gave up and left. Katie's Nails & Spa is not worthy of our business or anyone else's who cares about the racist issue in this country.

Thursday night was the first time that I used Katie’s Nails and Spa. I requested an express pedicure and gel nail polish on my finger nails (no cuticles or old polish removed included just a simple color applied). The whole visit was about 30 minutes and costed me $55. On Saturday evening nail polish from 3 toes was partially gone and finger nail polished chipped on 2 nails. Normally my pedicure lasts at least 2 or 2,5 weeks and stays in a great condition. Very disappointed and won’t be returning😞
Always a great experience! I have been going for years- highly recommend!
