I could not locate a specific Star Trek collector ornament in my local area in TN. I called Rita, she went and found the previous year's ornament in her inventory, gave me a big discount, AND packaged and mailed it to me! She was amazing... times two!!! She did it two years in a row! Now...I'm trying for three...I need another one.. She had excellent customer service and went above and beyond the call of duty! Thank you so much, Rita!
RACIST STORE!!!!! I just left this store and I am upset, I left work early today because I am on my way to my cousin's wedding, I wanted to get a card. I quickly got my card and I proceeded to the cash register next to the door. I was second in line, the cashier who is a middle aged white woman who was waiting on another older white woman. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I was able to find a gift bag for a wedding gift, and I found a greeting card that fit the wedding perfectly IMO.
