Great customer service and hard workers I have the ceramic wash membership and the car is always clean and shiny
professional service and clean atmosphere
Paid $14 to have my car and tires cleaned yesterday, they did a good job on washing the car but not so good on the tires, but that is not my major complaint, my major complaint is, it rained last night, but when I called them this morning to ask if they have a rain guarantee they said no, only if you got the $18 dollar car wash. That really upset me bc most car washes do have a rain guarantee no matter how much you paid. If Katie's can't guarantee if it rains, I'm not sure if I'll ever want to use their services again !
