The food was very good. The charcuterie board was great. And they did a great job with the place setting. The problem seems to be customer service. When we got home with the extras, we realized one of the employees smashed the containers so much in the cooler it was in the gravy that was placed at the bottom for some reason opened and got mixed with the melting ice and got all over the other containers. We had an amazing experience with Katie and her team for our wedding! From the charcuterie board during cocktail hour to dinner and dessert, everything was absolutely delicious. We received so many compliments from our guests throughout the night about the food, and people are still talking about it weeks later. What really stood out was how smoothly everything ran. The food was decent, but the communication and professionalism were lacking. I was misled about what would be provided. It may be a decent option for a lower budget, but I regret hiring Katie. She came across as rude and unprofessional, and it felt like unless you’re hiring her for a large event, she doesn’t prioritize or care about your experience. Trust your gut.
