The food was decent, but the communication and professionalism were lacking. I was misled about what would be provided. It may be a decent option for a lower budget, but I regret hiring Katie. She came across as rude and unprofessional, and it felt like unless you’re hiring her for a large event, she doesn’t prioritize or care about your experience. Trust your gut.

I am writing to express my formal disappointment regarding the services provided—and ultimately canceled—by Katie’s Catering for my upcoming wedding. We secured Katie’s services in August for both catering and Day-of Coordination. Poor communication. Unreliable. Cancels services last minute leaving little to no time for replacements. In the wedding industry every one knows caterers etc. need to be booked 9-12 months in advance.
