I have been going to Katie's since 2012. That's so much longer than a decade. About 4 years ago, I had moved to Valencia which is so far, especially when you consider the traffic. Now, since it was so far away, I tried many local places in & around Valencia. Some, way expensive than Katie's. But their service would not compare to Katie's. Now I don't mind the extra drive in the traffic but I will go only to Katie's. Lilly is so amazing and very caring. Be aware though, Lily & her team is very busy. Siempre es un gusto venir aquí. El servicio es excelente, muy profesional y con una atención al detalle impresionante. Se toma el tiempo para escuchar lo que quiero y siempre logra exactamente el corte que imagino (¡o mejor!). Además, el ambiente es muy agradable y me hace sentir cómodo desde que llego hasta que salgo. Sin duda, es de las mejores personas que me han cortado el pelo y por eso no lo cambiaría. ¡Altamente recomendado!
