From the start Katie was proactive, the application process was simple and fast. Her communication was always prompt and straight forward, she was readily available if we needed anything for the home. The maintenance team was great too, very effective and efficient. I stated home because the place felt exactly like it. Very beautiful and well maintained, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I’ve traveled for work for several years now and this has been my best stay and host thus far.
Katie is the best.real estate agent you can find. She is pro-active. I started the selling process late summer 2024. Katie kept me in the loop through the whole process and answered all my questions and I asked plenty of questions Do not hesitate to have Katie sell or help you buy a house, she will steer right!!!!
