Katie took all the time we needed for us to find our house. Patient with us each step of the way, anticipating our needs, answering our questions and keeping people on task for timely closings. Even participated with “houses for heroes” to give us a percentage of our costs back. Would highly recommend Katie Shumway if you are looking to buy or sell a house. Hoping we don’t have to move again, but if we do, we will call her.

Five stars is not enough. Katie has the patience of a saint. The market the past year has been a hard one, specifically for buyers. What only took a couple of months seemed to take years. With having little time to decide to write an offer, rejected offers, resending an offer among other ups and downs of the process, Katie was by our side 110%.
