Dr. Schrack and the team are thorough and take time explaining and going over exam. There is a respect level for me the patient and for each other in this office. Having amblyopia my eyes sight and care is important to find the best.
How fortunate that Dr. Schrack was on call tonight! There had been no medical staff response to my calls during the day despite the possible urgency implied. (Apparently my message was incorrectly transmitted). Dr. Schrack responded quickly to my after-hours call. She authoritatively ruled out my concern about visual sequela to a head injury.
