Made an appointment for 2 pedicures at 3:30, arrived on time. Was told to pick a color,I asked from where and pointed generally in my direction. I have been here 1 other time it was great,this time it felt like they rushed through my pedicure,barely put polish on my nails,didn't buff or anything. I asked for a few more minutes of massage and was told no. They just assembly line through. The woman doing nails was also back to back booked,which I know has to be very tiring. Katie’s is everything I love in a nail shop. Great staff, fast and beautiful work, clean and fun. I’ll never (ever) go anywhere else.
So all the bad reviews for this salon being “rude” yea they’re correct! There’s not a lot of availability in this town for nails or pedis , so we got in at Katie’s nails, cause everywhere else was booked up for weeks. That’s why Katie’s was available cause people who kno don’t go there. We scheduled 3 pedicures 24 hrs in advance so when we show up on time with 3 people they sit us down in 3 chairs and only run water for one of us. So I ask if we will be getting our pedicures all together… cause we scheduled it like that. So ... read more
It was the worst pedicure I've ever had. The guy wanted to take my old polish off, give me a massage with the scrub, and put new polish on. There were a couple things he messed up and I tried to have him fix it and he would continually tell me no. I was so annoyed and wanted to be done I just got my polish on and walked out.. only to them notice my right side big toe is all crooked.
