Normally, I see a different doctor in the practice but due to her being on maternity leave, I had my physical with Dr. Rudzenski. During the visit, she ordered blood work, and it turned out my thyroid result was slightly elevated. Given that I had other symptoms consistent with hypothyroidism, I asked to be placed on a low dose of medication. Had the best experience today with the doctor, and practice. From the receptionist to the nurse, everyone was so friendly and helpful.
Dr. Runzendki has been compassionate and caring to our family. She listens to us and takes all our questions seriously, which we haven't always experienced! I would highly recommend her.
I really love Dr. Rudzenski. She's sympathetic, knowledgable, and a good listener. My patient portal messages are always answered quickly and they spend time making sure to address my concerns.
Absolutely the worst doctor experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Katie Rudzinski entered the room already agitated and confrontational. She repeatedly asked why I’m prescribed vitamin B12 but interrupted and spoke over me EVERY TIME I tried to respond, raising her voice and showing no interest in actually listening. The encounter was hostile and entirely unprofessional.
