This review is for the administrative clerk or receptionist of Dr. Renelle Gautreau. I find it hard dealing with her as she does not have any care or compassion towards us being Dr. Gautreau’s patients. When you talk to her, it’s the dead end of everything. She won’t exert effort to help or understand the medical situation or urgency of the health concerns presented. Difficult to get someone to answer the phone. Long waits for specialist appointment. Tried calling for an update on my specialist and I did not get a response. Something is broken in the system.

This is for Dr. Renelle Gautreau. The administrative assistant Haley is an absolute joke. She does not do her job. I’m so tired of her being extremely unprofessional and simply slacking and not doing her job. I never hear back from her for anything. I have to call her for the same thing again and again because she just “forgets” and if I don’t call her to remind her things, I wouldn’t hear from them in months and months and even then things don’t get done.
