Don’t trust her. She shares things that you say to her that by law should be held in confidence with others in the office unrelated to your care. Teams up with other doctors in the office to put a label on you. Makes you feel uncomfortable and not be able to be honest about anything.
I have been under a considerable amount of stress for about a month. I lost my father on April 14, 2023. The front desk receptionist, Cathy, went well above her job description. Each and every time I was on the phone with her she would squeeze me in for an urgent visit. Cathy took over 30 minutes each phone call to listen to me, cry with me and offer beautiful words of encouragement. I will NEVER forget her tremendous support during such a difficult time in my life!
