Absolutely terrible service. I spoke with the receptionist, Charlene, I think her name was. She was incredibly insensitive and rude. I had a C-section last Wednesday and during my C-section my bladder was nicked. Which caused me to have a catheter for the past nine days. I was told before I left the hospital I would be able to have it out the following week by Wednesday, but then upon discharge they told me just to be sure let’s have a CT scan to make sure it’s healed, which I completely agree with.
