I started going to Katie after another salon botched my hair and I needed a last minute fix. Not only did she book me on short notice, but she stayed an extra few hours to get me back to normal. I just went back again for the perfect balayage and love it. Will be a regular from now on! Katie is also very transparent with pricing - always lets me know the cost before the service, and her pricing is quite fair for Manhattan. Highly recommend!
