I am extremely disappointed with GEICO’s handling of my claims after the severe storm in Galveston, Texas. My Jeep Wrangler suffered significant water intrusion during the storm. Water entered through the removable roof, ran behind the dashboard, and flooded the interior. Even with photos and documentation, the claim process has been unnecessarily difficult and stressful.
