Our Florida home buying and purchasing with Katie was amazing! She listened to our needs, she was tireless in searching for properties, and upon our purchase she really was there for us. She helped us monitor the building of our home while we had to be away and did inspections for us in our absence. Katie listed our house on the Manatee River and we had an excellent experience. Her communication has been above and beyond, keeping us informed every step of the way. She is honest and Kind, although can play hard ball when necessary. She was always looking out for our best interest. Katie made sure we understood the offers that came in and explained the pros and cons with each of them. We will use Katie again whether buying or selling.
