We came across Katie Hunter's name (as the buyer's agent) while internet viewing of a sold townhouse. We then contacted her about a listed townhouse in the same community. We immediately viewed and fell in love with the townhouse but had angst about the "as is." Katie got an awesome home inspector within hours. Katie helped us get our house rented easily and painlessly multiple times. We moved out of the area, so it was very important that we find a realtor we could trust. Katie kept us informed and gave us great advice along the way. She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly between tenants.
