Katie Hawkins is a rare find as a realtor and a friend! I have bought and recently sold my house with her- When I bought my house while still living out of state, Katie went above and beyond. She didn't care about the sale, but she did care for us. Without ever meeting me in person, Katie made me feel like I can trust her from start to finish.
