Katie and her staff are absolutely amazing! The establishment is clean bright and sleek to begin with. I called last minute explaining I was moving out of town and katie made sure to fit me in before hand! Absolutely the only place I trust with my hair. I was greeted with a warm smile and offered a drink during my stay. I have been trying different salons for years and can honestly say this is the first time I've gotten exactly what I asked for. I would 100% recommend going here for the best experience around!

I’ve been seeing Gianna at Katie Elizabeth Salon, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. This visit we did a root touch-up to cover my grays and a toner to refresh my colour, and it turned out exactly how I wanted. I booked a total hair transformation with Myranda after spending some time deciding what I'd like to do and debating if I wanted to delve into the world of curly cuts. I reached out to her on Instagram and she was extremely responsive and got me booked in for a month later (it was a big project since I have very thick curly hair and a lot of it). Gianna did my hair for my birthday (wash, cut, blow-dry, and style), and she was absolutely wonderful! She was so sweet, welcoming, and incredibly precise with her work. She took the time to make sure everything looked perfect and made me feel so pretty and confident on my special day. She also made sure my hair would hold up beautifully for my dinner reservations later that evening.
