Katie was great , she has a positive and such an up beat personality , made you feel very comfortable. I love my lashes she was very efficient and professional I highly recommend
I went to her to get my lash lift about 2 weeks ago. Personally she was warm and welcoming. But when i got up- my eyelashes literally looked the same- not an ounce of difference. And on top I was asked to pay 60%of the fee as “ service fee”- what was it for - a service which I cant even see i got!?. I tried to reach out to either refund or atleast another complimentary session to compensate the “ no difference” lash lift i had. But instead i was told that she cant talk as she is busy- and no means to even reach out later. I ... read more
