We had the pleasure of working with Katie when we purchased our home in the KC metro in May of 2021. She was very professional and had our best interests in mind all through the process. She is an expert on the area and gave sound advice on every aspect, from offer to inspections, etc. In addition, she has referred us to many excellent vendors. I would definitely use Katie again if I needed a realtor.
Katie was the best realtor that we could have hoped for. We had very specific location and price parameters that we were looking for and Katie delivered in a HUGE way! Through her local connections she was able to find us a great house within the location and price point that we had set out. When it came time to get our house on the market Katie was incredible with the recommendations that she made to get our house ready. My gut feeling told us to go with Katie and we couldn't have been happier! She had it sold before it ever went on the market. We felt very supported and informed the entire time. Selling during a pandemic definitely presents a whole lot of unusual challenges but she was so awesome at handling everything. We would definitely recommend Katie!
