After an accident recently and working through all the details I especially appreciated Missy who was always willing to help and went the extra mile to walk me through everything. I don't know how I would have managed without her. In my experience dealing with Katie Bennet's office they are professional and helpful and whenever I stop by the office welcoming and it's a good atmosphere.
