Katie is the consumate Chef! Our company ordered a Mississippi Mud Cake for an employee Christmas party. It was not only absolutely delicious but the most beautifully decorated cake I have ever seen. We ended up placing the cake on a pedestal, using it as a centerpiece for the beginning of the party!
The banana mousse cake you made for my party was the best tasting cake I've ever had. I asked you to create something with a banana theme and you delivered! I wish I had a picture of it to show everyone. Thank you!

We got married on the beach and Katie came up with the design herself, the details were awesome, the cake was delicious and it just brought everything together, and it travelled well from Charlotte to Surfside Beach, SC in pieces and she assembled it once there. Katie of Katiebell's Cakes prepared 300 delectable tiny pastries for my event. They all were attractive and appetizing in their presentation. They tasted delicious, varied in taste and style and FRESH! Katie was there at the scheduled time and went right to work arranging the trays of treats.
