Kathy is super nice old lady. She must be in her late 60's. Well her speed of helping customers are very slow. I made an appointment with her and she had forgotten. When I reached there, she had made appointments with two other people for the same time. And I was there during my lunch hour to check out this place. The person who got there earlier said she was very slow and helping them for quite long time. However, if you have lots of time and patience this is the place. She doesn't have much selections here. Kathy helped me find a wig that matched my greying , wild hair that was falling out due to chemotherapy. She took time to show me options and made suggestions when I was not sure what I wanted, initially. She may be difficult to reach by phone but has returned my calls. She has followed up with me to see if I am happy with my wig. I love my look in the wig and have been getting lots of compliments on my wig. I have recommended Kathy's Wigs to other cancer patients.
the product is old and outdated but customer service is excellent. This particular establishment does not have many varieties that you can select from. I would never return
Kathys wigs is open i called and they answered the woman on the phone was very nice she was on task and she helped me a lot she was very very very kind 🤗🤓
