Literally the BEST meal prep service in all of North Florida!! I love Kathy's Table!! Every single menu meal is delicious and their athlete meals are perfect for quick high protein dinners! They let you choose portion size with skinny, maintain, arnold, super arnold, etc. I love love love them! My husband and I had Kathy’s Table meal plans for multiple years when they had a small store near JTB & Philips. Convenient and healthy whole foods, delicious with a good variety! They have grown so much. Now they have multiple pickup locations, a bigger retail store, delivery, and even more variety of foods, protein bars & juices. Build your own “macro meal” options too.
