BLOWN AWAY is the best way to describe working with this team. My employer hired Kathy's Sugar and Spice to cater a company event and they were outstanding. I can't recommend the mexican bar enough- everything was cooked perfectly and so flavorful! The staff were all outstanding and so professional. Kathy catered our wedding at The Emerald Union in Gallatin. One of the most important things for my husband and I was for the food to be delicious and Kathy absolutely delivered! We did a pasta buffet for 60 people. We included 3 kinds of pasta for variety and every single kind was delicious. Our coordinator even said she had never seen a bride go back for seconds until me lol
