Found this store on Facebook Marketplace while looking for ceiling fans for my kids rooms and got there to find some reasonably priced fans! Bought 3 and headed home. Began installing them the next day (Saturday) and I got 2 installed without issues. Got to the 3rd fan to find that the remote control receiver was bad. I messaged the owner who replied right away with photos of the damaged receiver and he allowed me to exchange the damaged fan after store hours!! Very nice man, customer service great! This place is horrible...I just drove over an hour to pick an item up after the responded with their stores to get here and the door is locked, I called and they said they were closed to come back tomorrow...No thanks!!! SCAM
