Lost an absolutely beautiful cat. We leave our animals in these peoples care and THEY LOSE them. This business is currently not answering any phone calls or text messages about the missing cat. How dare you treat someone else’s baby with such disrespect. Shame on you. Hopefully this business will get shut down after this for negligence and neglect of animals.
The details of missing cat Gizmo all over and this cattery doing nothing. They lost the cat!!! What kind of cattery is that that cats go missing so easily??!! Plus they don't contact the owners to let them know what's happened and don't even bother answering calls. I would ABSOLUTELY AVOID this KATHY KATTERY
Has lost multiple cats - One in 2019 and one now! No joke. How can you lose someone's cat when they are entrusting them to you? What kind of facility is this?
My cat has stayed here on more than one occasion. The most recent (and last) time she went, she came back with a stress induced UTI, Kathy also lost a whole bunch of documentation for my cat (registration, vaccination certificates etc), she was also rude and unprofessional.
