This review is for Jentry Massage Therapist that operates at this location, Not Kathy: Jentry is extremely unprofessional and fraudulent. Charged me for 3 massages and delivered 1, kept canceling with different excuses. Refused to provide refund and stopped responding to txts/calls. Approach at your own risk, but I'd avoid at all costs.
I’ve been getting massages from Kathy for a little over a year now. She was recommended to me by my mother-in-law, who has been a client of Kathy’s for decades! I couldn’t be happier to be on Kathy’s schedule regularly. She is so, so skilled… by far the best massage I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot!). Kathy always asks how I’m feeling, and takes my words very seriously as she makes a “plan of attack” for my massage.
