If you're looking for THE dress please do yourself a favor and go to Kathy's Bridal! I did not expect to find the gothic romantic wedding dress of my dreams but they had it! And Donna was the best hype girl. She knew immediately when I didn’t like a dress and when I had found the one. Highly recommend this shop for any dress needs!
Absolutely amazing bridal salon experience. She was very generous with her time and had an amazing selection of dresses to try! Pricing is transparent and you're allowed to look at all the dresses yourself which I loved. She understood just what I wanted and also pulled out some new options from the back for me to try that I loved as well. Definitely recommend this salon!
I have nothing but amazing things to say about Kathy’s bridal. We got married yesterday and I wanted to post this review first thing this morning since I can post dress pics now!! I understand being short staffed, but the lady left me and my mother alone almost the whole time looking at dresses. She was so unhelpful and rude, and had an attitude and smirk every-time she said something because she thought she was being funny. You should have cancelled my appointment, I left your store feeling absolutely hopeless, until I went to another store and they provided me with the upmost customer service that you couldve never given me.
