I understand being short staffed, but the lady left me and my mother alone almost the whole time looking at dresses. She was so unhelpful and rude, and had an attitude and smirk every-time she said something because she thought she was being funny. You should have cancelled my appointment, I left your store feeling absolutely hopeless, until I went to another store and they provided me with the upmost customer service that you couldve never given me. Kathy’s bridal is the best! I walked in the door and really didn’t have a clue what I wanted. Donna however knew exactly what I needed before I did. Donna was able to guide me and tell me what looked good and not so great. She is truly amazing and made the stress of picking out a dress so easy. I highly recommend booking with Donna when you make an appointment. Best experience and best service I’ve ever received!
Kathy's Bridal is absolutely amazing! Ms.Donna went above and beyond every appointment I had and always treated me like a princess. The wedding dress that I wore on my big day (that she picked) out was absolutely stunning. Thank you Donna and Kathy's Bridal for my dream wedding dress. ♡
