Kathy did an amazing job as my realtor. She helped me navigate selling my home with the least amount of disturbance to my cats and my elderly dog! She gives great guidance on what to do to get your home ready to sell (without completely upending your whole life) and got me an ideal buyer for my home in a short amount of time. She helped me find my new home as well in a competitive market. She had really good advice throughout the process and even my family commented on what a great realtor she was!
Kathy was my parents’ realtor in the ‘90s and they only have great things to say about Kathy, esp. her keen sense that the area would eventually be a hot market due to its location. She wasn’t wrong! Kathy is professional, personable and will only have your best interest in mind. She was able to help me get my beautiful condo (despite two other competitors) and was hands on in making sure that everything worked in the property, and that I had all the information I needed.
