Kathy did an excellent job assisting us in purchasing our 1st house. As a first time buyer, we had a lot of apprehensions/ questions,with respect to real estate and Kathy was patient enough to explain us in detail and answer all our questions. Rather than trying to just close the deal , she clearly laid out the pros and cons with respect to each property and helped us narrow it down. Her local knowledge of the market and relationship she had with other realtors was a definite plus. Overall it was really a hazzle free experie... read more
