I have been calling for 3 days. I left a message 2 days ago, text the number for business yesterday at the end of the day to give them time, and then called and left another voicemail today late afternoon. It's regarding my policy with no call back. I have been a client for 10+ years. This is unacceptable when it comes to a small insurance office.
Polite interaction on the phone after few emails but mostly email interaction to go off of which is why I didn’t bump up to 2 stars. Was directed to have 4 point inspection and wind mitigation to verify hurricane impact windows and doors. Completed this and when given a quote, I was told we didn’t qualify for Citizens Insurance because we didn’t meet qualifying criteria of less than 20% of current policy of $8003 for Part A & B only and quoted $8114 for A-B D-F mold etc. I noticed there was no application of Windstorm discou... read more
The office is seldom available, not responsive, Etc. I tried for a couple of weeks to get quotes. Ridiculous. One woman says she'll have quotes ready, so I email her back, get an out of office reply with someone else's name to contact. I contact her, and she says that she'll have the other lady call me. Seriously?! How about assisting the customer with information. Very bad office.
